     Freezer Jam

Ingredients
2 cups crushed strawberries
4 cups sugar (no less)
1 box surejell pectin
3/4 cup water
 

Instructions
Measure exact amount of fruit and sugar. Stir into fruit and let stand 10minutes
Stir 1 box pectin with 3/4 cup water in small saucepan. Bring to boil on high heat stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute and remove from heat. Sir mixture into fruit mixture until sugar is completely dissolved and no longer grainy. About 3 minutes. Pour into prepared containers. Let stand at room temperature 24hours until set. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks, otherwise store in freezer for up to a year.
