     Sandy's Grits

Ingredients
1 cup yellow grits
4 cups water
1 stick buttter
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 eggs beaten
salt to taste
 

Instructions
Bring water to a rapid boil then add the grits and turn the heat down to low. Add the cream,butter and salt. After grits have cooked for 15min add the egg and let sit 5 minute. After 5minutes stir the grits. It looks like scrambed eggs in the grits. The kids love these grits.
I use yellow stoneground grits. They are the best.
