1 pkg bread stuffing

½ cup butter melted

6 slices hard bread

2 TBS poultry seasoning

large onion diced

3 stalks celery, diced

2 eggs

4 small potatoes, ground or diced small

1 cup cream mushroom soup
|
| |
1 cup cream celery soup

| |
1 clove garlic
|

Instructions |

|
In lg skillet cook beef and pork until no longer pink, drain. Set aside.
|

|
Melt butter and saute onions, celery and garlic until tender. Tear bread and add to pan to soak up butter.
|
|
|
|
Place in large bowl bowl, add beef/pork, bread stuffing, eggs, soups, poultry seasoning and potatoes.
|
|
|
|
Bake, covered, 350 for 60 minutes.
