In large saucepan or pot add the oil,onion, jalapeno and garlic. When it starts to sizzle add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. After the broth boils turn it down to medium and add the chicken, cumin, chilipowder and cayenne pepper.
Turn down to low and add the tomatoes, lime juice and cilantro. Let this cook on low for about 20min and serve in a bowl or cup. Add a few broken tostada shell to the soup. You can add a lime slice to each bowl too and thats good also.
