     Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
6 medium potatoes
1 tsp salt - 1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup butter
1/4 - 1/2 cup sour cream (or milk)
1 cup shredded chedder cheese
Bacon Bits (optional0
 

Instructions
Bake potatoes until done. Cool until just warm. Cut a section out of top of potato and remove inside. Blend potato with above ingredients an dput back into the potato skins. Top with cheese & bacon bits and bake in oven until warm and cheese is golden brown
