     Crisco Pie Crust

Ingredients
1 1/3 flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup Crisco
3 T water
 

Instructions
Combine flour and salt, cut in Crisco. Add water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached. Roll out on well floured surface.
For double crust - 2 2/3 cups flour - 3/4 tsp salt - 3/4/cup Crisco -4 1/2 T water
For bottom crust with lattice top - 1 2/3 cup flour - lg 1/2 tsp salt - lg 1/2 cup Crisco - 3 1/2 T water
