     Baked Brie

Ingredients
1 roll crescent roll dough or sheet of puff pastry
1 round or wedge of Brie
Raspberry jam, apple butter or any sweet jam
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. On a nonstick cookie sheet, lay the dough out flat and put the Brie round or wedge on top.
Spread the jam over the cheese and fold the dough over top, cutting off excess dough.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. The pastry should be golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with crackers or apple slices.
