Heat oven to 400 degrees. Stir tomatoes, stuffing mix, water and garlic just until stuffing mix is moistened. I also added 2 to 3 heaping tablespoons of prepared garlic bruschetta.
Please chicken in 13 x 9 baking dish; sprinkle with basil, tarragon. Top with cheese and stuffing mixture.
Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Makes 6 serves.
