11/2 Cups Fresh or Frozen Cranberries, Coarsely Chopped
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts (Optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Grate then Peel 1 orange and run it through a food processor
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a medium bowl.
Stir in orange juice, oil orange peel and egg. Mixuntil well blended.
Stir in cranberries and nuts (optional). Spread evenly in loaf pan. Bake for 55 Min. or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on rack for 15 min. remove from pan, Cool completely.
