Thinly slice flank steak diagonally across the grain. Combine strips in crock pot w/ broth, soy sauce, ginger and scallions. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours.
Turn control to high. Dissolve corn starch into water and add stir into crock pot. Cook on high 10 - 15 minutes or until thickened.
Drop in broccoli and cook to desired tenderness.
Serve over rice (not included in calories).
