     EGGS AND CHIPS

Ingredients
1 cup crushed potato chips
6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
10-1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
2 T finely chopped onion
(or use comparable amount of minced onion)
1 cup crushed potato chips
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Place 1 cup of chips in 1-quart greased casserole. Add eggs.
Blend soup, milk, and onion and pour over eggs.
Sprinkle with another cup of crushed chips. Bake 25 minutes until bubbly. 6 servings.
Serving Suggestions
Excellent meatless dish. I've shared this with many people.
