. Pour mixture over chicken
. Melt 1/2 stick butter w/ 2 1/2 sleeves of Ritz crackers (just so
they're broken up, no need to pulverize)
. Layer cracker/butter mix on top
. Cook uncovered 30 to 40 minutes at 325 degrees F
