     Crispy Topped Fruit

Ingredients
6 cups sliced peeled tart apples, peaches, or pears (about 6 medium)
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 to 1/3 cup honey (or use sugar)
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
 
1 cup Post Grape-Nuts Flakes

Instructions
Combine fruit, lemon juice, honey, the melted butter, salt and cinnamon. Spoon into 8-inch round or 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish.
Cream 3 tablespoons butter; blend in sugar. Add flour. Stir in cereal and spinkle over fruit mixture. Cover and bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer, or until fruit is tender. Serve warm with whipped topping or cream, if desired.
