     wjjjww lemon pasta

Ingredients
1 box mini penne
2 T olive oil
4 T butter
2 cloves garlic
2 lemons
2 cups sour cream
1 tsp salt
1 cup parmesan cheese
fresh parsley
 
Instructions
cook pasta per directions. drain. remove zest from the lemons, set aside.
in large pan, melt butter with olive oil. cook garlic for 2 minutes. remove from heat and add sour cream, salt, the juice of 1 lemon and lemon zest.
add pasta to pan. coat with sauce. squeeze the juice from the other lemon on top.
top with parmesan cheese and parsley.
