mix together crushed vanilla wafers, crushed peanuts and margarine
pat into 9 x 13 inch cake pan
Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees

Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar and peanut butter; add 2 cups Cool Whip; spread mixture over 1st layer, the cooled crust
|
|
|
Beat chocolate pudding and milk until thickened.
When thickened, spread over 2nd layer
|
|
|
Spread 2 cups Cool Whip over 3rd layer.
Top with crushed peanuts and chocolate chips.
Refrigerate until ready to serve
