     Slow Cooker Cheeseburger Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 c. coarsely chopped russet potatoes
1/2 c. sliced carrot
1/4 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
 
1 serrano chile pepper, finely chopped
2-14 oz. cans beef broth
1-10.75 oz. can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef in brown. Drain off fat.
In a 4-5 quart slow cooker, combine beef mixutre, potatoes, carrot, ketchup, mustard, serrano pepper, salt, and black pepper. Add brother and soup; stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low heat setting for 10-11 hours, or on high heat setting for 5-5 1/2 hours. Top each serving with cheese.
