     Slow Cooker Chili Beans and Potatoes

Ingredients
2 lb. red or russet potatoes, cut in 1 inch pieces
2-15 oz. cans chili beans in chili gravy
1-10 oz. pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c. chicken or vegetable broth
shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream
 

Instructions
In a 4-5 quart slow cooker,combine potatoes, beans, corn, chili powder, cocoa powder, and broth.
Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8-9 hours, or on high heat setting for 4-4 1/2 hours.
Top individual servings with cheese and sour cream.
