     Freezer Cucumbers

Ingredients
8 cups thinley sliced unpealed cucumbers
1 thinley sliced medium onion
1 1/2 tbs salt
1/2 cup white viniga
1 1/4 sugar
 
Instructions
Mix cucumber and onion with 1 1/2 tbs salt. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Drain and press out as much juice as you can
Mix 1/2 cup white vinegar and 1 1/4 cups sugar, stir until dissolved. Pour over cucumbers and place in small cups and freeze until ready to use.
