Preheat oven to 375, lightly coat a bakin dish with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, crush crackers and paprika. Brush 1 tsps honey on each side of chicken. Dredge chicken through crackers and place in pan. Bake until lightly brown about 20-25 minutes.
