     Peanut Butter Blossoms

Ingredients
48 Hershey Kisses
1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup PB
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 cups flour
 
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions
Beat shortening and PB. Add both sugars. Beat until light and fluffy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla. Stir together flour, baking soda, and salt
Slowly add to PB mixture. Roll dough into balls and roll into sugar.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375.
Immediately place kiss on top.
