     White Clam Sauce

Ingredients
2T. butter
6T. olive oil
2-4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. cayenne
2-3 10 oz cans clams, drained
1/4 cup parsley
3T. lemon juice or more (I use 6)
1T. oregano
1T. basil or more
 
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions
Fry first four ingredients lightly. Add rest of ingredients and simmer till needed. Mix with boiled pasta.
Optional additions- 1 cup white wine, 1 medium onion minced and fried with first four ingredients
Serving Suggestions
On friday when you have no work the next day. lol
