     Japanese chicken wings (thighs)

Ingredients
5 pound chicken-boneless thighs cut into pieces
flour
egg
Sauce-
1/2 cup vinegar (rice or white)
1 cup white sugar
3 T. soy sauce
 

Instructions
Dip chicken thigh pieces into egg the flour. Fry in shallow oil.
Mix sauce ingredients and pour over chicken in pan. Simmer to reduce sauce to desired consistency.
