Rub- (mix together)
|

4 tsp. paprika
|
|
2 tsp. salt
|
|
2 tsp. onion powder
|
|
2 tsp. ground black pepper
|
|
1 tsp. garlic powder
|
|
1 tsp. sage
|
|
1/2 tsp. cayenne
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat bbq, high heat. Wash 1-2 chickens, approximately 3 1/2
pounds each. Allow 1 pound per person. Pat dry with paper towels.

Sprinkle rub generously all over and inside chicken.
|
|
|
Place a foil baking tray on bbq, place chicken on top of 2/3 full
can of beer. Reduce heat to medium, close lid, cook for 1 1/2 - 2
hours.
