3 heads of Broccoli
|
|
1 pound bacon, cooked and chopped
|
|
1 cup sunflower seeds
|
|
1 cup raisins
|
|
1/2 large purple onion, chopped
|
|
2 cups mayo
|
|
1/2 cup sugar
|
|
4 tablespoons vinegar
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Clean and cut up broccoli into bite size pieces and put in large bowl.
Cook, drain and chop bacon in bite size pieces and add to bowl with broccoli.

Add sunflower seeds, raisins and purple onion to the bowl with broccoli and bacon.
Set aside in refrigerator until ready to serve.

|
|
Just before serving, mix together the mayo, sugar and vinegar.
Pour this mixture over the bowl of broccoli mixture.
|
|
|
Toss the broccoli and dressing mixture together and serve.
