Mix together all ingredients except eggs til resembles pie crust.

Beat egg yolks and add to pie crust mixture
|
|
|
Beat egg whites stiff and fold into above mixture.
Chill 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Select cookie cutter shapes.
Lightly flour surface, take dough and roll out on floured surface.
Cutout shapes and place on cookie sheets.
Bake each sheet 10-12 minutes until cookies are golden brown.
Remove from cookie sheet onto rack to complete cool.
Frost with white frosting recipe and decorate.
Store in airtight container. They freeze well!!

This recipe was handed down from Grandma Agatha Merline to me from my mother, Dorothy Merline Dietzler.
The whole family makes these cookies each Christmas.
