     No Bake Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1 stick butter (use less if using light butter)
1/2 cup milk (use less if using skim)
4 T Cocoa
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups oatmeal
Optional -
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup wanuts
 
Instructions
Mix all ingred except oatmeal. Bring to a full rolling boil for 1 min. Remove from heat. Add oatmeal. Drop cookies onto waxed paper and let cool.
