Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2
inch jelly roll pan, set aside.
Combine the butter, yolks, cinammon, sugar and flour and mix until
you form a cohesive ball of dough. Spread the dough onto the
prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes. ( I rolled out between 2
sheets of wax paper- it was easier)

Meanwhile combine the almonds, sugar, butter, honey and milk and
cook, stirring on ocassion until the mixture is golden brown.
Remove baked dough, spread almond mixture over top and bake for 15-20
minutes until dark golden. (Do not overcook)
