     Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
3 pounds sweet potato
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 Tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup milk
2 Tablespoons honey
 
Instructions
Boil sweet potatoes in salt water until done. Mash. Stir in remaining ingredients except the honey.
Put into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle honey on top, or sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
