     Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
2 or 3 skinless boneless chicken breast cooked and cut up. I boil my chicken
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup either one will do but I like cream of mushroom
1 to 1/2 cups uncooked rice steamed
1/4 stick of margarine
about 2 cups of chicken broth
 

Instructions
Mix all cooked ingredients together. Melt margarine in a 13x9x2 baking dish. I use a glass one. Pour rice mixture in. Cover and bake on 350 for 30 -45 minutes. I usually take the foil off the last 10 minutes. This is one of those recipes that I do by eye so it is hard to write it out. You want your mixture to be soupy but not runny. As far as when it is done you don't want to cook it so long it drys out.
