     Cinnamon Raisan Bagels

Ingredients
1 Tbls. yeast
3 Tbls. Honey
1 cup warm water
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
 

Instructions
Combine yeast, honey and water. Let stand for 15 minutes. Add flour and salt. Add cinnamon and raisins. Knead 10 minutes. Cover and let rise 15-20 minutes in warm place.
Preheat oven to 450F. Heat large pot of water to boiling. Add 1 Tbls. oil to boiling water. Form 6-8 dough ropes and pinch ends together. Plunge bagels into boiling water. When bagels rise to surface, scoop out with slotted spoon.
Place on slightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes at 450F.
