1 pint heavy cream

1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced

15 med. shrimp - cooked

3/4 cup parmesan cheese

8 oz fettucine

Instructions |

Over low heat, combine butter & cream.
Stir occassionally until butter is melted.

Add mushrooms, shrimp and parmesan. Stir & simmer 15 minutes or until sauce thickens.
