Saute garlic and onions in olive oil. Remove from heat add thawed spinach, eggs, dill, parsley and feta cheese to make filling.

Brush bottom of large casserole dish with melted butter. Working quickly, so dough doesn't dry out, gently place 1 sheet of dough in dish and brush with butter. Repeat until you have layered 4 or 5 sheets of the dough.

|
Use all of the spinach filling to top off the bottom layer of dough. Repeat the layering tech. used before to make top crust of 4 to 5 sheets of phyllo dough.

|
Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
