     Mushroom Pie

Ingredients
1 c. thin sliced onion
1/4 c. margarine
dash pepper
1 t. salt
1 T. worchestershire sauce
1 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 T. lemon juice
Pillsbury pie crust
3/4 c. swiss cheese
 
Instructions
Saute the onion, and mushrooms with the margarine, salt, pepper, worchestershire sauce, and lemon juice, until tender.
Put mixture in bottom pie crust. Sprinkle with swiss cheese. Cover with top crust.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
