Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combinc cookie crumbs and butter.
Press firmly on bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in
sweetened condensed milk, eggs and vanilla.
In small bowl, toss 1/2 cup chips with flour to coat. Stir into cheese
mixture.
Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chips over top. Bake 1
hour or until cake springs back when lightly touched. turn off oven and leave the cake in the
oven to cool for another hour. Remove from oven and cool completely; chill.
Refridgerate left-overs. For best distribution of chips do not
oversoften or overbeat cream cheese.
