     Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients
Base
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp.baking powder
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
------------------
Topping
6 cups rhubarb (or other fruit)
 
4 eggs
4 T flour
4 T butter, melted
2 cups sugar
2 cups milk

Instructions
Base- Mix ingredients until crumbly. Put in 9 X 13 greased pan.
Topping- Beat eggs, add sugar, flour, melted butter and milk.
Pour over rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes ( maybe up to 75 minutes)
