     Lemon Custard Cake

Ingredients
1 Cup sugar
2 T butter
1T flour
juice of 1 lemon
1 egg separated
1 C milk
 
Instructions
Cream sugar, butter, and flour
Add lemon juice
mix egg yolk and milk. Combine with creamed mixture
Fold in beaten egg white. Pour into buttered loaf pan. Place loaf pan in pan of water and bake at 325 for 45 minutes. serves 4
