     Grilled Rack of Lamb

Ingredients
3 - 8 rib racks of lamb / trimmed
3/4 cup olive oil
3 Tbls chopped fresh rosemary
1 1/2 tsp dried crushed red pepper
(optional)
 

Instructions
3 cups wood chips soaked at least 1 hour in water. 1- 8x8x2 disposable aluminum foil pan. Marinate lamb at least 6 hours up to 1 day. cook lamb on med-high heat of BBQ with chips in aluminum pan set on BBQ bricketts.
