Heat oil in a skillet on medium for 5 minutes.
Cut the tofu into even strips. I usually halve the package through the center and then cut half inch wide strips from that.

Lay the tofu in the heated oil carefully. Fry the tofu on all sides until a crisp crust forms on the outside.
Lay tofu on a paper towel to absorb excess oil
|
|
|
In a bowl, mix your hot sauce and buffalo sauce.
Put a handful of strips at a time into the bowl, coating them evenly with the sauce.
Serve.
