Brown hamburger in a skillet. In a soup kettle, saute onions in olive
oil until they are soft, about 5 minutes. Add carrot, celery, salt,
oregano, pepper, and basil. Cover and book over low heat for 5
minutes.
Stir in zucchini, tomatoes, water, and beans. Add two potatoes.Cover and simmer
gently for 30 minutes. Heat soup to a broil.
Add pasta and boil until tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in parsley and serve.
