     Sweet Potatoe Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups boiled sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 stick oleo
TOPPING
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 stick oleo (softened_
1/2 cup choice nuts (optional)
1/2 cup self-rising flour
 
Instructions
Mix first 2 ingredients with electric mixer, pour in oven proof bowl.
mix topping and spread over top of bowl mixture.
bake at 350 deg until bubbles (Aprox 35 - 40 minutes)
