Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine coffee, Baileys and next 5 ingredients and beat 4 minutes. Stir in morsels into 2/3 of batter. Combine next 3 ingredients
Pour half remaining batter into greased bundt pan. Top with half chocolate batter. Sprinkle with half sugar mixture. Repeat layering Using knife - swirl batter.
Bake 50 minutes. Warm frosting in microwave for 20 seconds and pour over cake. Drizzle with fudge sauce.
