     Pizza Crust

Preptime   30 minutes

2 to 3 C flour
1 tsp yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1 C warm water

Mix 1 cup flour with yeast and salt. Stir in water with wire whisk.
Stir in enough flour until dough is no longer sticky.
Knead a few times and let rise in bowl at least 10-15 minutes. Punch down dough. Flatten dough in 12 inch round pizza pan.
Top as desired. Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until toppings are brown and crust is done.
