     Corn Chowder

Ingredients
3 ounces of turkey sausage
1 large onion, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1 1/2 cups potatoes, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
2 cups chicken stock
2 cups cream style corn
2 cups milk
 
1/4 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Fry turkey sausage until brown. Add onions and saute over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Add the celery, potatoes, red and green peppers, chocken stock and 1 cup of water and simmer 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Heat the milk and butter, add it to the soup. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serving Suggestions
Makes 6 servings
