cook french fries however you prefer. Either deep fry or bake in oven. While these are baking start cooking the ground beef until browned and cooked to your preference. Add 1 cup water and pkg of Taco seasoning. Put meat to side.
cut up lettuce, tomatoes, onions and place to side, and heat up can of refried beans.
pull french fries from oven. drop refried beans over the fries. Then spread meat over and top with cheese. Put back into the oven until fries are hot, and cheese is melted.
top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sour cream
