Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
For crust-
Blend all ingredients in food processor until
forms ball. Roll out dough on lightly floured
surface, and press into 10-inch greased and
floured spring-form pan, using your fingers to
push dough about 1/3 way up the sides of pan.

Using fork, poke holes all over crust. Place crust
in 400-degree preheated oven and bake for 10
minutes. Remove crust from oven and turn oven to 500
degrees.

|
For filling-
Blend all ingredients together in food processor
until smooth. Pour into crush. Place in 500-degree
oven and bake 10 minutes.

|
|
Turn oven down to 250 degrees and bake 1 hour.
Cool on rack until room temperature, then place in
refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
