Preheat oven to 350. Place peanuts in bowl. Place butter and honey in pan on stove and heat. Combine butter/honey to peanuts in bowl. Stir well. Place on baking sheet and bake in oven until golden brown. Glaze will thicken. Toss peanuts with sugar. Let cool.
