Sift together in large bowl- flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and sugar. Make well in center of dry ingredients and add beaten eggs, oil, strawberry slices, and pecans. Stir just enough to moisten ingredients.
Pour into 6x3x2 foil pans or 2 greased 9x5x3 pans. Fill two-thirds full.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 mins in foil pans or 1 hour in large pans until toothpick comes out clean. Chill before slicing.
