Ingredients
3/4 milk
1/4 warm water
2 tablespoon shortening
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons sugar
1 package dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 to 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
 

Instructions
we melted shortening, and put water and milk all together, then added a egg stir them together
Then add in the sugar and the yeast and stir it together, add the salt then slowly add the flour and stir it all together
then we kneaded the dough till its not sticky and more or flour dosent stick, then we flattened the out the dough till it was rectangle shaped then you spread butter on the top of the dough then you sprinkled cinnamon and sugar on top then you roll it all together!! and pinch the top
then grab a string and slid it underneath and go back a inch then cut it and place them on the tray and put in the oven
