Brown chicken breasts in olive oil, both sides, 5 minutes each. Remove chicken from skillet,
Add vegetables and saute until the onions are translucent (5 minutes).
Add chicken back to skillet. Add tomatos, seasoning, and water.
Simmer for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce is thickened. You can add 2 tbsp. water mixed with 2 tbsp. cornstarch at the end as a thickener if needed. Salt & Pepper to taste.
