Scramble eggs in a small pan over medium heat. Separate the scrambled chunks into pea-sized bits while cooking.
Add peas, grated carrot, scambled eggs and diced onion to bowl of cold rice. carefully toss all ingredients in bowl.
Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. when butter has melted and the ingredients bowl into pan. Add soy sauce, chili paste, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook 6-8 min. over heat, stirring often.
